PWS High Speed Domestic Biological Systems

PWS domestic systems are based on high speed Bio-Tec organic material separation and precipitation technology. System needs to small operating area. It is more efficient the other classical systems.

PWS High Speed Industrial group Biological Systems

Industrial group bio systems have got 2 types which are horizontal and vertical.

 

Horizontal type has 1 or 2 bio reactor systems and 1 clarification tank.

 

Systems are used waste water which includes middle degree organic loading or waste water which includes high degree organic loading with serial connection, high discharge quality and direct discharge to surrounding

 

Systems are used series or parallel depend on the combination with Hydraulic and organic loading.

 

Vertical type systems are being 1 reactor. It is used for combination with high organic loading and low hydraulic loading..

 

Horizontal type systems use like full treatment system.


Design Criteria


Whole treatment systems are designed thinking of hydraulic and organic loading. Critical parameters, daily average quantity, peak quantity, inlet, outlet BOD values and dispersing solid material are based on the design criteria. 

 

Application fields are general application on the paper industries, milk industries and food industries. Full waste water analysis is necessary to the other industries. Depend on these analyses; pilot working must do on the laboratory..

Equalization and Holding Unit


Pre-equation reservoir
        The solid, which able to precipitate or float that comes to the treatment plant precipitates to the bottom or floats on the surface at this reservoir, which cannot be treated by biological processes. If there is biologically decomposable matters among the precipitated and floated solids, because of purifying by the time wont be an excessive accumulation at the bottom of the tank that cannot decompose are eliminated by a sewage truck once a year. The waste water that is not consisting solid passes to the preliminary equalization tank from half level of tank. Thanks to this tank, we prevent plugging at diffusers and harmful damages at the equipments of the plant that can be made by solids there is no need to have screens or other kind of separation equipments that have to be cleaned periodically by the operator with this preliminary tank.

This tank provides a homogeneous mixture of the waste water. Besides this equalization of flow rate is his duty. The gathered water at this tank passes to the biological reactor by submerged pump.

 

Biological Treatment Unit

PWS-T series are the waste water treatment unit which is the sequencing batch reactor (SBR) a fill and draw activated-sludge treatment system, have process in one reactor with including 3 phases together which aeration, sedimentation and discharge 

This a part where home based waste water is treated biologically the organic substances, which are in waste water, will be converted to carbon dioxide, water and other metabolic products and new active micro organisms by the activate mud mass in the blowing part. These procedures are repeated by level control and control panel. Biological reactor has the by pass system, which is not present in other systems in order not to clog the diffuser line that provides oxygen to the system.

 

Oil Removing Unit

System is being 2 simple parts.:


       
In a first part content of oil in water decreases less than 15 ppm. It is acceptable for environmental standards. If water use for another application; it takes into the treatment system. Water, which doesn’t use any application, discharge to canal. Concentrated water takes into the oil removing part. (second part)

In a second part hydrocarbons is burned and convert to CO2 and H2O therefore BOD value is acceptable to the standards and no oil in the part so that reason removing costs are none.
Wastes which come from oil remover take into the accumulation tank and are provided precipitation.
Fresh water and electricity connection are enough to operate the system
